A note for the upcoming Holiday Season.:

Please look over your supplements and medications to anticipate any items you may need. Place portal, text, or make phone requests as soon as you are able.

*Mon. Nov. 11- Fri. Nov. 15- There will be no neurofeedback appointments.  Please schedule any sessions needed with Hannah and Corey prior to this.  Inquiries and questions may still be directed to neurofeedback@arbor-health.com as the inbox will be checked periodically throughout the week.

Monday Nov. 25^th - Last day to submit medication and supplement requests needed for holiday.

Tuesday Nov. 26^th - Normal office hours for supplement pick up and scheduled appointments.

Wednesday Nov. 27^th - Office will be open for appointments and planned pickups.

Thursday Nov. 28^th - Office will be closed in observance of Thanksgiving Day.

Friday Nov. 29^th – The office will be closed.

·         Reminder staff will not be working over Thanksgiving Break.

*Looking ahead please note the office will be closed on Christmas Eve (Tues. Dec. 24^th), Christmas Day (Wed. Dec. 25^th) and New Year’s Day (Wed. Jen.1^st).  More details to follow in a future email.

If there is a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency medical care. Do not leave a portal message.

Please be advised that it may take up to 2 business days to respond to portal messages. We request that you please limit your portal messages and do not send the same message to more than one person. 

All messages are visible to all providers. 

For medication refill requests, please go to the My Medications tab in the portal to request a refill. We require at least 72 business hours notice for all medication refills. If the refill request button is not available next to your medication, you may already have more refills available through your pharmacy or the medication may not yet be eligible for refill if not enough time has elapsed. Please call the pharmacy to inquire and have them fax a refill request.
